Three islands 9days — experience all of Japan

Three islands 9 days

This is a 9-day tour that visits spots that have impressed the foreign bikers we have guided so far. You will tour the three islands of Honshu, Kyushu, and Shikoku. You can also enjoy all kinds of corners.

◎Touring season: April (April) – November (November)
◎Best season: April (cherry blossom season), November (autumn leaves season)

《 1st day – 4th day|Honshu island|Kyoto → Shimonoseki 》

In the first half of the tour, you will enjoy the original scenery and traditional culture of Japan. With a wide variety of scenery and corners, you’ll be blessed with many discoveries every day.

《 5th day – 6th day|Kyushu island|Shimonoseki → Oita 》

On the 5th day, you will stay at Beppu Onsen, and on the 6th day, you will fully enjoy the magnificent nature of Aso, one of the world’s largest calderas. There are many dynamic corners, so you will feel more open while riding the bike. This is the most popular route among foreign bikers.

《7th day – 9th day|Shikoku island|Ehime → Kyoto 》

Shikoku, with its deep forests, is also a fun area to ride a bike. Don’t miss the clear streams and rough waves of the Pacific Ocean. Finally, we will return to Honshu by crossing the Seto Ohashi Bridge, which is registered in the Guinness Book of World Records, and stop at Himeji Castle, a World Heritage Site, before returning to Kyoto.

《Shortcut version|Honshu & Shikoku – 5days 》

If you don’t have time to explore Kyushu, we recommend the 5-day route shown above. The good thing about this plan is that you can learn about the origins of Japanese swords and run along Japan’s largest loop bridge.

You will also cross the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge, which is registered in the Guinness Book of World Records as the world’s longest suspension bridge.
