1. Deposit / デポジット
ご予約確定のため、下記のデポジットをお支払いいただきます。
・通常レンタル：20,000円
・1週間以上の長期レンタル：車両レンタル価格の20％
レンタル期間が3週間以上の場合、車両レンタル料金は全額前払いとなります。
デポジットまたはレンタル料金のご入金をもって、ご予約確定となります。
To secure your reservation, a deposit is required.
• Standard rental: JPY 20,000
• Long-term rental (7 days or more): 20% of the motorcycle rental price
For rentals of 3 weeks or longer, the motorcycle rental fee must be paid in full in advance.
Your reservation is confirmed once the deposit or rental payment has been completed.
2. Cancellation Policy / キャンセルポリシ－
キャンセルされた場合の返金は以下の通りとなります。
■通常レンタル（3週間未満）
・ご利用開始日の7日前まで：デポジット全額返金
・ご利用開始日の4〜6日前：デポジットの50％返金
・ご利用開始日の3日前以降：返金不可
■3週間以上のレンタル（全額前払い）
・ご利用開始日の7日前まで：全額返金
・ご利用開始日の4〜6日前：車両レンタル価格の90％返金
・ご利用開始日の3日前以降：車両レンタル価格の80％返金
■ Standard rentals (less than 3 weeks)
• 7 days or more before the rental start date: Full refund of the deposit
• 4–6 days before the rental start date: 50% of the deposit will be refunded
• 3 days or less before the rental start date: Non-refundable
■ Rentals of 3 weeks or longer (full payment in advance)
• 7 days or more before the rental start date: Full refund of the deposit
• 4–6 days before the rental start date: 90% of the motorcycle rental price will be refunded
• 3 days or less before the rental start date: 80% of the motorcycle rental price will be refunded
3.Routing Service / ルーティングサービス
- ルーティングサービスはレンタル契約とは別個の役務契約となります。
- ご入金確認後直ちに個別プランニング作業を開始するため、キャンセル日数にかかわらず返金不可といたします。
- The Routing Service constitutes a separate service agreement independent of the rental contract.
- Planning work begins immediately upon payment confirmation.
- Therefore, the Routing Service fee is non-refundable regardless of the cancellation date.
4.Agreement / 同意事項
- ご入金をもって本ポリシーに同意したものとみなします。
- By making the payment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
